I chose 5 vintages for which I had the inspiration Wine4Melomanes by tasting them.
They also reflect the great progression of the estate since the winemaker artist and poet acquired it.
The grape variety Sangiovese or the Blood of Jupiter that composes the brew of this great wine, reveals itself more and more pure and sensual over the vintages fashioned by the maestro Bibi Graetz.
He also made the labels of his “cuvées”, being a painter.
By discovering the 2001 vintage, I was able to see the great potential of the terroir.
I immediately had a crush on my musical accord.
The wine is fleshy, well balanced, with voluptuous liveliness and a solid tannic structure. The spicy nose, the black and red fruits melted, the salinity already sign a certain complexity.
To highlight these qualities in music, I chose a sound illustration of the same vintage.

The well-rounded double bass component of the bossa jazz cinematic orchestration, comes to embrace the gustative ensemble of nectar to similar excellence.
Then the 2010 is declared fresher with a slender mouth of red fruits, such as raspberry or black cherry.
The length in the mouth is greater than 2001, with retro-olfactory sensations of laurel, thyme and coriander.

The attractive taste relief of the wine has increased significantly. It echoes the enchanting voice of the famous Andy Bey, coupled with musical arrangements merging West Coast brass, chiseled Rhodes keyboard and a rowdy rhythm.
In 2016, the refined tannic finesse, the svelte gustatory liveliness with notes of mocha and fresh pepper on a background of red fruits, delivers us a wine of haute-couture.

The vocal sensuality expressed by the divine Stefania, supported by a hybrid bossa rhythm and an impeccable keyboard by Harold Mabern, is based on the emotion during the wine tasting.
Then comes the 2018 vintage where the acidity is very well mastered, giving energy to the wine, twirls of ripe red fruits, fine spices and radiant aromatic purity.

The jazz orchestra with its tuned melody, where the instruments ricochet from radiant sonorities is the image of the lively fussing wine.
To conclude, the 2019 identified by a very modern visual creation with special labelling, displays a tasting of great elegance, silky in the image of a caress such as the song of the singer Jazzmeia Horn – Green Eyes in 2019 both complex and fluid.
