My 2018 season experience in SERVICE of SOMMELLERIE in a starred Michelin RESTAURANT

A sporty and dense experience of which here are some spearheads, during my services along the Chef sommelier, at the restaurant Ar Men du in Névez near Concarneau in Brittany, during the holiday season. The vials opened and tasted by my care are illustrated here. They offer a rich and sincere tasting panel designed by winegrowers who are passionate about respect for their terroir and their winemaking work. Detailed pairings between fine food and fine wines, all in service training extra for my part this time and without music. But a very nice view of the sea for daytime dining services that continue with a lot of freshness for starry night services and its lifts of cellar!
