Tasted in full maturity, this nectar delivers a fantastic aromatic palette in a spiral around black pepper, notes of freshly cut grass, Russian leather, incense, smoked chocolate. Then in the mouth, the wine is fluid, perennial, concentrated with the flavors of liquorice blueberries, it fuses on an exquisite floral finish with a spicy touch.

The power and olfactory sensuality of wine guides me towards a musical choice where a male artistic presence dominates in echo of these qualities described.
Virtuosity musical pianistic arrangements with a steady progressive rhythm, marry the tension, balance, complexity and length of the wine tasted.
