When a great lady such that Carole Bouquet, wine passionate, falls in love with a vineyard in Sicily, be sure to find a wine of great class, an «allure» wine I had the pleasure to taste this wonderful wine in the company of the winemaker when she came to Bordeaux on Thursday, January 30 – 2013 for brunch organized by the cellar BX Magnum with Philippe Etchebest Chief conductor of the piano.

This wine has inspired me the choice of this song entitled « no man’s land », in agreement with the vineyard, a distant paradise nestled in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea between Sicily and the Tunisia.

A wine ‘in the wind », a method of natural drying of the grapes in the sun for 3 weeks (raisining), then after fermentation (fortified wine), he was raised 24 months in barrels and 12 months in bottle at rest.

A yellow color intensity amber reflections gold sublime, this nectar we dazzled sensuality in according to the delicate Brazilian percussion priming composition.

The musical wealth burning sounds in the rhythmic bossa jazz fleurte with the candied aromatic bouquet developed around the bergamot, from the bark of the cinchona tree, dry apricot, ripe pineapple with cinnamon notes.

Voluptuous mouth full of mashed figs, dates, honey envelops the caressing female voice sunny choruses to the sixties bell.

A nectar of exception.
