After a bet in a carafe of 2 h, this bio atypical Savoie wine of intense brilliant yellow gold color inspired music of the same vintage sparkling and dynamic sounds. The stoppered bottle with wax, so that the label ‘old school’ add a mystery to the particular choice of music due to the recent vintage.

The first nose reveals an olfaction morning freshly cut grass, then in the second spring peppermint rounded by a delicious rind salted butter caramel, notes of fruits of passion and khaki. A dry white wine contrasted by an aromatic sweetness pressing its complexity skillfully combined with the ultra modern composition where the bright and sensual female voice plays rhythmic tempo adorned with synthetic tablecloths and calibrated « claps ».

Rich taste architecture alternating fresh minty, pear and lemon zest, unveils a biting insolent flavors wine, playing on the dissonance of the radiant sweetness with a long finish in the mouth ricocheting on the vocal « catchy » futuristic melody composed with dexterity.

A great wine for the future out of the beaten, merging with precision, righteousness, and finesse.
