Located in an exceptional terroir – the soil is a fusion of marne flint and limestone – this winemaker is a wizard with his grapes, and can call upon the wealth of knowledge inherited from 19 generations of his wine-making family. The alchemist has given birth to two “cuvées” of the same name in sauvignon or pinot noir.

With a pale yellow, bright green hue, this clear wine is best accompanied with a glowing coppery orchestration.

The admirable olfactory expression of white flowers, exotic fruit, lemon honey, white pepper contrasts with the clavinet for modulated and deep bass to the help of a wah-wah pedal.

Supported by a rich palate of flavours, vivid freshness between grilled hazelnut and mineral iodine echo the poignant trumpet and tense syncopated guitar.

The finale – a sublime plant bitterness of long persistence – merges with the power and rhythm of the musical composition.

It is a superb fine wine and creates a calibrated taste sensation.
