The Cinematic Orchestra « Evolution » 2001 ( Everyday LP)

Cloaked in a ruby deep, this wine exudes a sensual aromatic spiral around the slightly smoky blackcurrant (fireplace hearth), wet gravel, coffee grounds, cocoa reflect the powerful black voice supported by the orchestration pinch round bass, the rhythmic drums and the game stripped of Rhodes keyboard.

The scratches crazy placed with finesse in the piece indicate with precision the smoothed tannic and the explosion of red and black fruits spicy on the palate. A final persistent all in length with notes of tobacco and leather of Russia ricocheting on the « Evolution » of tenacious singing gimmick.

A wine of balance and race in splendor the day of his tasting in accordance with selected pieces!
