A white wine legendary since Cistercian monks planted these vines in 1130 in this region of Anjou, Coulee de Serrant wine overlooks Loire river and benefits from the reflection of the sun. The terroir and its sun exposure are in perfect agreement with this exceptional wine very requested all over the world, but also by « International Grands Chefs ».

Characterized by its golden yellow color and its unique brilliance, this splendid wine inspires us a talented composition where arrangements are gradually introduced smoothly.

The felt piece of music is elegant with sweet voices accompanied by romantic strings, in perfect echo with the delicate but complex exotic bouquet. Minute after minute, it grows in the crystal glass where the perfume notes scroll harmoniously: peach, mirabelle, grapefruit, quince, kiwi, sublimated by anise zest, kirsch, wild rose and honey. An ode to the sensual and voluptuous flavour waltz, reflection of the chosen composition!

The palate is a special garden of discoveries coveted by mineral freshness, where lush flavours amplify the orchestration accomplished, alternated with eurythmiques instruments. An indecent enjoyment of length in the mouth!

A nectar to taste absolutely!
