Grapes: 87% cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, 12% merlot, petit verdot – organic on a soil of clay graves croups

Look of the bottle, sticker: sober, ancestral printing of the terroir, drawing of the old fortified domain’s tower, crowned by the iconic lion that illustrates a certain power and a great seat, in the image of the Emperor of wine.

Aromas: intense vibration of combined fragrances ruffled, by its complexity under control, our sense of smell floral, fruity, empyreumatic and mineral. This perennial harmony, where the violet notes juggle the dense black fruits, is well regulated by the noble line of forged conductive graphite and leather: a sensual masculine « haute-couture » sketched with talent.

Flavors: up close revolves around a firm tannic, complementing the range of fruits by the fresh scents of raspberries and cherries. Taste sculpture long stretches on the purity of the terroir and its unveiled minerality which makes its rarity: a giant wine and its vintage atomizing makeover, for one of the names most run in the world.

The chosen musical pairing of the same vintage underscores the beauty of wine by corresponding with the three common invariable settings in both universes following the Wine4Melomanes concept: sensuality, vivacity and melody.

These parameters result from bio dynamic geology of the terroir, vines are growing and equation of the know-how of the winemaker to reveal the alchemy of aromas and flavors just combined.

Musical track pairing:

Soil & « Pimp » – A Wheel Within A Wheel – 2005

The delicate sounds of blossomed piano melody, combined strongly with heavy bass and vivid rhythm, mimic to the captivating intense vibration of the aromas of the wine.

The musical orchestration to the firm, timeless, complex style, coppery and extreme, echo-ise with the seductive power male and hedonist of this illustrates nectar.
