Coming from a parcel to the southern exposure of the vineyards supervised by the master winemaker of talent Elian Da Ros, this wine is vinified during 26 months and each grape variety is raised separately in barrels. The grapes assembly is done 8 months before bottling.

The deep garnet robe of this wine exudes an olfactory fruit red and black swirl.

It is supported by a dash of cloves and other sweet spices, elderberries crowned a ballet of floral notes (rose, violet) that transcends us to an orchestration delicate and dense, original to the image of the blend of grapes.

Indeed, the rolling percussions, the low round bass, the electric guitar of the song correspond with the aromas of fruit and spices; voice suave and suspended, bells and strings with the berries and flowers according to the approach of the Wine4melomanes pairings.

Mouth lightly full-bodied but fresh, fleshy and structured, balanced with final one fine minerality of graphite drags us with creaminess on a rhythmic moderate to sensual instrumentation, which operate the « soul » bewitching voices from elegantly by ethereal violins all.

A great wine made with original precision combining terroir and technicality, a work of art taste which can be savored young, but also in many years as this timeless music selected in pairing.
