« Wine4Melomanes » wine and music pairing :
John Legend “Hang on it there” 2010
Our eyes marvel at this limpid golden yellow colour wine, with a few highlights green in circumference of the glass, is pairing them with this delicate contemporary soul ballad.
A nose of intense white fruit (pear), caramel blonde, cream custard notes of dry fruits and hawthorn echo the orchestration, which majestically juxtaposed the air sensual chorus, small acute vibraphone and strings.
This dry white wine with « apricot-ish » keys coated us the palate to the voluptuous image of this music moving towards happiness, where our five senses will join.
A true poetry vinified with talent within the reach of all uniting elegance, roundness and sophistication.
