The magical musical orchestration inspiring gaiety and dynamism, matches the still dark ruby robe of the wine after 12 years of age.

Its delicate and long thin legs on the edge of the moving glass reflect the image of a modern ballet of great elegance.

The nose full with aromas of very mature Ente variety plums, humus, fresh tobacco refined with a fine minerality, subtly combines with the striking notes of the vibraphone playing with the graceful female vocalization.

The freshness of the sounds and sensual musical arrangements, illustrates the pure mouthing of smoothed tannins, developing the richness of black fruits « overripe » with surprising vivacity.

This wine, which has just reached its peak, reflects its terroir admirably: a terroir of high quality specific to the limestone that composes it.

The originality of the adaptation of an imaginary ballet from a sample of Nina Simone’s song « Ain’t Got No, I Got Life » resonates with an exquisite style on our senses to the tasting of this great wine.
