Located in the southern region of New Zealand (Paradise forest) where the « Lord of the rings » movie was shot, this “pinot noir” has nothing to envy to the famous Burgundy wines of our region, despite its light bottled with screw opening! Recently established for a first vintage in 2006, it is already in the big leagues. The soils are deep silt loams, with moderately high fertility.

This magic grape sprayed from the closed sea, keeps a charming acidity and structured tannins, governing the balance of this 2007 vintage towards its climax.

A haunting fine garnet rob with long shiny tears, drape the walls of the crystal glass reflecting the melodious entrance of the piano to the brushes and jazzy double bass.

On the nose, the bouquet sublime celery seed, plum, red cherry and combines with hints of iodine and minerality. The olfactory set a majestic outfit lamppost musical intensity kidnapped by a hectic rhythm with energetic vibrations.

The aromatic palate excelling softness, between chocolate spices and red fruit, extreme in length, symbolizes the piece rich in sounds to the persistent acoustic finish.

A great wine where the temperature of service is really essential to enjoy all its flavours and tastes.
