The bouquet is open, complex around Russian leather, cigar box, laurel, thyme, mocha, cedar wood and apple.

This aromatic ensemble is also the masculine sensual signature of this great estate.

A fluid mouth with a slippery acidity on the elderberry and a delicious black pepper from Madagascar.

This taste harmony of temperament inspires me an orchestrated composition with welladjusted swing arrangements.

The olfaction sublimates a deep smoky nose, waxed and then strawberry Mara of the Woods steed with fine spices.

The entrance in the mouth is drawn by a tannic frame melted thanks to the time of ageing, then a final saline with fine notes of sage beautities this taste poetry.

I chose a piece of jazz to emphasize the harmonious precision of this beverage of excellence.
