Darkstar « Aidy’s girl is a computer » 2010 (North LP-Hyperdub)

Intrigued by an original bottle for its design like a glass blown to the mouth, it is atypical given the name: the piece in pairing is necessary.

This pale yellow wine, of intense and clear brilliance, resonates with an extraordinary instrument called « glockenspiel »* with clear hybrid sounds like a set of chime bells.

A bouquet of vivid and elegant floral aromas (acacias, broom, lime), fruit (apricot vine peach), and a sweet spice (anise) with notes of fennel that twirl in a loop listening to the subtle musical motif, coupled with an infra bass tambourine with a buzzing with glittering synthetic lines.

On the palate, it is a fresh and ample attack around a minerality (pencil mine) that expresses itself, allied to the attractive roundness of the fruits (pear, white peach), the whole sharp with brilliance on the conceptually transformed voice of the futuristic piece.

A great white wine of a divine alliance between the nose and the mouth, where harmonious fullness envelops the strange melody of this fascinating composition.

*It is designed as a xylophone
