A captivating wine coated with a lovely straw yellow color with bright hues in the light reflected in the flanger’s effects of the piece coupled with the bearing of the clattery congas, where appears in the lower all in roundness.

Intense nose candied peach pear and fresh almond, captures our sense of smell to the image of the graceful entrance and the jazz vibraphone supported the sequenced drum foot.

The rhythm steady and rhythmic song accompanied by synthesized sound inlays, deliver us sensation, sip after sip, to a « grandiosissima », creamy mouth with freshness. Ripe mango, chalky minerality with hints of ginger and honey, combine majestically with a final without end that slides to the flavors of « crème brulée ».

This great wine from Touraine is tasted as a fruit with rare charm, where aromatic balance is evolving as a concert of the senses while travelling in the musical progression swift and timeless: a divine nectar to taste or to keep to discover his refinement with age.

An acoustic guitar, sequenced with another air ‘bluesy’ plays with the pale gold color of this wine with expressive bouquet around a nose of fresh fruit salad with a hint of minerality. The low slow punctuates the sensual melody of neo-soul singer, where prose rhymes with sweet flavours of the wine (mandarin, peach, acacia, honey peel, pepper tea).

Rich and bright, feminine mouth to the image of the rise of the layered vocals, the claps and twisted electro notes scattered and acute releases gently in the creaminess by issuing a subtly spicy persistent length (white pepper).

Domaine Huet « Le Haut Lieu » Sec – AOC Vouvray – 2011

A clear straw yellow color, with intense aromas varied lemon, acacia and honeysuckle, fresh almond, flint and cut grass, this dry white wine surprising softness, takes us on a taste journey seductive, like the screwball musical ballad where the agreement of the suave dry guitar with piano, wishes to sumptuous air dreamy voice.

The flavors in the mouth identical to the olfactory, with a fluidity fresh and mineral, long stretch on a required balance, in echoing this upscale modern pop-folk song, punctuated suddenly by a rhythmic hip hop invigorating.

Touraine wines prove once more they’re high quality, where the harmony between classic and contemporary remains in a perfect neutrality, in the image of the melody in agreement.
