The captivating melody of the guitar merging with the rhythmic bossa sustained jazz blends subtly with the garnet deep wine, whose creamy tears slide down the side of the glass.

The bouquet very expressive mix of black fruit (black bigarreau, cassis), dried fruits (prunes, figs), Mediterranean scents (olive, mushrooms, humus) with a tip liquorice, such plays the « Tramontana »* with orchestration provided, where are gently revealed the wind instruments, the brightness of the image of Martin Scorcese film music arrangements.

A velvety palate with stunning flexibility where the harmony’s mouth is mouthful of fruit aromas, surprising quality and tone: it skips admirably with the choirs in African shades, enhanced by the low round and notes punctuated by flute and trumpet.

The length at the end of mouth stretches identical sensory sensations, in perfect balance between the nose and the taste, and make this elegant wine metaphor musical kinematics of the piece where finesse rhymes with freshness : a very aromatic wine with a fascinating complexity.
