After ‘Parenthese’ from the same domain but a different malbec “Cuvée”, due to the terroir, presented in a bottle to the identical design, I’m with at the outset, inspired by a piece of very orchestrated consistency.

The «micro-rendement» (32 hl/ha) per acre and livestock tank on fine lees for 36 months have led me to choose a musical agreement of “haute couture” in the image of this product shinny nectar deep garnet robe only in 1272 bottles!

The beginning of the massive bass of the song given to the robe of the wine plays with the olfactory whirlwind that emerges from the calyx, revealing the blackcherry ‘jam’, licorice, a few minty mocha notes, a stunning sublimated minerality (white chalk) : aromatic echo rich and expressive highlights extraordinary instrumental energy ranging from brass ‘punchy’, rhythms jazz funk fusion indecent and piano glowing.

A mouth full, silky ultra fine-grained tannins delivers a sap harmonious, vibrant, contrasting with the furious orchestration of the piece.

This authentic vintage designed in emotion, vinified with passion, developer of a novel minerality for this grape variety in accordance with the local, relies on the apparent enthusiasm of musical composition racy.
