A strike, syncopated cymbals with a « drum set » jazz bass-supported sets us the tone: a large deep wine always garnet for a vintage of exception.

On the nose, the strength, the power of the present and unusual aromas (blackcurrant, spicy baked mango notes, game, undergrowth, black truffle) are beautifully contrast with the imposing bass ostinato* and the game intense and developed the alto saxophone.

In the mouth, always present, harmonious freshness to enveloped tannins corresponds with the cut melody aesthetics of a music design game of the jazz trio.

A great wine of character with specific aromas, extremely well designed that resonates in unison with the amazing composition.

*The ostinato is a method of musical composition of stubbornly repeating a rhythmic, melodic or harmonic formula with immutable way the different thematic elements in the piece.
