Atoms for Peace « Default » 2012

Bright pale yellow colour, nose remains discreet on aromas of green melon with a very thin oxidized note. The mouth expresses cleverly masked, complex deep tension between the grated lemon and the daffodil with a mineral sensation of crushed rocks: the rhythmic right and syncopated piece where the hypnotic electro keys rhyme with wine taste stretching; the voice of the star high and captivating plays between the flower and citrus; synths keys and other calibrated electro precise arrangements correspond with the subtle energy by the minerality of wine.

An unusual bottle for this region of the South and high quality in harmony with the singular musical composition of Tom Yorke (Radiohead) evoking the beauty purified organic voice on bright sounds.

Yellow straw with bright reflections of gilding, long slippery legs on the wall of the tasting glass reveal a gustatory opulent volume printing.

A palette of aromas open and complete around caramel salted fresh butter, warm brioche, fennel, vanilla ice fishing and fresh milk. The second nose, mineral sensation comes with scents iodine wet shellfish. The warm atmosphere of the percussion instruments played in harmony on the Latin rhythm evokes the richness of all the revealed attractive aromas, and then on keyboards and sonic effects, that of minerality.

Smooth and greedy mouth with this constant mineral freshness gives a depth and a taste this wine’s high-flying length after a carafe of 2 h to exalt the beauty of its fragrances: the instrumental composition delivers a musical eden emotion where one might imagine trying to taste this delicious concoction surrounded by vineyards terraces under the Mediterranean sun.

A very nice success balanced and homogenous between the nose and the mouth with its ritornello highlighting.
