Coche-Dury family realizes the bottling of this great Burgundy with a virtually extinct method: the goat to 2 nozzles (sort of double tap to fill 2 by 2 vials of the precious beverage). This method is very original on his overall approach to the work of the vines and vinification « à l’ancienne » (designed to strengthen the natural expression of the terroir without ever changing), during a time where technology reigns over most of the areas in the world.
This family to the image « Zardozienne » reigns supreme master thanks to his influential in the selection of elite wines by their price: thus, wines red and white in this field remain untraceable and remain nesting among purists affiliated with the family for a long time to avoid speculation abusives.*
Aromas spread around the red spicy marmalade fruit slightly smoke with notes of violet, the refreshing contemporary musical echo agrees with the originality of the expertly orchestrated bouquet.
The wine tasting is ample and fine on the cherry, and then in middle of the mouth, male taste sensuality asserts itself by the firmness of texture and the power of the floral nose, fruity flavours. The final is peppery with a sensation of wet earth. The « beat » in depth of the piece, the effects « electro » glittering and addictive, piercing and haunting voice in turn stress variables of charm of the wine.
