Issued from a terroir of the Loire Valley known for its cabernet franc, Amirault winegrowers have put a point of honor to achieve their line of wines with the greatest respect of natural elements. Their winemaker ethics is lead to the best revelation of the soil without resorting to non-organically: they got the bio honors recently.

After a carafe for an hour, this wine reveals an expressive nose on the cherry, plum and chalk. His mouth fluid and slippery flavors similar to the aromas, remains on a discreet female sensuality where the gustatory vivacity balance between the fruit and the stony minerality of the terroir.

A straight forward wine, right to the olfactory and gustative qualities airburst the image of the given piece where plucked strings guided by the low round bass, the beatbox 80’s, susurrees female voices come to adjust the shooting orchestration. The present fruit in the wine correspond with the voices, the minerality with the shinny arrangements.

This dry white wine is a scalable tasting in increments of temperature due to its very interesting aromatic development: we discover an olfactory expressive palette around the liquorice, anise, of the new leather and a few notes of raw pastry. Then the range of flavours continues on the buttery yellow brugnon and ripe mango. In mouth, the attack is fresh on all levels of temperatures with an attractive lively mixing yellow fruits and sweet spices.
