From a terroir 1erCru of 2.8 ha called Cumières, in the town of Epernay from the department of The Marne (51000), this independent and prestigious domaine of Champagne since 1872 (récoltant manipulant) develops piecemeal cuvées which one of these is « Les Chèvres Pierreuses « : a very low dosage in liquor (4.5 g/l) just adjust this Champagne to preserve the authenticity aromatic and taste of the grape.

The nose very complex effervescence subtly mixes his partition of olfactory notes between feelings of flamed banana rum, yeast brioche, pear, cut fern and chalk. Then after a few minutes, a whirlwind of sensual fragrances escapes by drawing a subliminal equation exotic and mineral. Mouth following dynamic fusion of flavours to creamy flavors combining citrus fruits (tangerine, pineapple), ripe apple and the cooked fouace buttered dry fruits seeds. The final gustatory ends on chalky mango.

A right champagne whose uniqueness may be recognize among thousands. Luxurious sincerity and rarity combine fluidly musical composition in pairing: spiritual female choirs guided by the brilliant trio jazz piano, double bass, drums exult with precision the combined fervor of aromas of this wine. The musical arrangements remarkably done with an electro touch almost camouflaged, come married the fierce finesse of aromas and tastes of the elixir between fruits, flowers and minerals.
