A troublemaker of Anjou deemed to achieve extreme white combining tension and fruit: it comes from vines 80 years on a plot of 30 ares!

« Les Terres Blanches » Cuvée impresses by its minerality coupled between the gun flint and iodine, and then a fresh alliance between soot and white flowers, tart lemony apple and barley. A rare aromatic complexity where the balance between acidity and sweetness baffles by surprising stability. The tonic taste vivacity and tense, with similar aromas chiselled flavours, with linden honey slippery notes: a final tending towards a slight bitterness stony and suave when we tasted it at 13°C. A superb wine to sip on several levels of temperature to appreciate all its facets.

The song in pairing starts on very mineral tones in the image of the aromas of the wine first definition. Then the progressive keyboard notes coupled with the tambourine and the swirling synthetic arrangements, brighten the palette of aromas to the androgynous sensuality fascinating. Pace clocked music layer to the gustatory ardour of the wine, the subliminal melodic complexity of the piece to the very contemporary audio design comes describe the tactile sensations sophisticated this chimeric chenin.
