The couple owner of the winery Bouillot-Salomon achieves an opus of choice with this nature wine of excellent quality combining terroir and fruit in the universe of the bio-dynamic with a very adjusted price-quality ratio. The vineyard is located in the town of Ampuis soils of rocks metamorphic schist.

The approach of this wine in wine « vertigo » in a deep robe of a garnet dark expressing a substance very presents.
