A vineyard perched on a rocky outcrop of the village of Montaigu in the Jura where various expositions of the terroir conducive to the cultivation of the vine sloping offers a complete range of wines (red, white, straw, macvins and crémant du Jura, marcs and fine wines) very attractive in bio dynamic. I chose the vintage white entitled Sauvageon high 18 months in Burgundian pieces.

This wine is amazing, the fragrances of Williams pears compote with turmeric which fine smoked and mineral notes (gun flint) come to besiege smell with tenacity. The bouquet to the assertive male sensuality extended by tasting fresh, fluid and voluminous in the mouth. The taste vivacity of this wine to the notes buttery with a hint of anise star revives our taste buds. An ardent and voluptuous wine that surprises of seduction, a real wild Sauvageon!

The musical pairing chosen the same vintage year comes to underline the beauty of the wine by corresponding with three common invariable parameters defined in both universes following the concept Wine4Melomanes: the sensualism, the liveliness and the melody

This modern wine to the surprising aromatic frame fits with this futuristic electronica music track: the heavies basses, the susurree voice gimmick, the piercing synthetic tablecloths, the tubular sounds acute and the rhythm of the song with the treated arrangements , emphasize respectively defined the sensuality of the wine, the vivacity ‘wild vine’ (means Sauvageon), the velvety and the strong harmonies.
