The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is a sparkling wine produced exclusively in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, from the grape variety Glera. The appellation, consisting of 15 commons, stands within the territory of production of Prosecco, much larger. It takes its name from two historic villages: Conegliano, cultural capital, where was born the Prosecco with his school of oenology, the oldest of Italy, where Prosecco production method was perfected; and Valdobbiadene, heart of the production and terroir to the singular beauty.
