Domaine Torraccia – C. Imbert & fils

AOP Corse Porto Vecchio 2013 (red) BIO

Grapes: 50% nielluccio, 10% sciaccarello, 30% grenache, 10% syrah planted on hillsides of south-eastern granitic arenas.

Appearance of the flask, sticker: A coat of arms of a stylized Corsican head with 2 sirens in relief in the casting of glass on the top of the vial, a black printing upscale and a coloured medallion of wine of the god Bacchus holding a bowl of wine.

Aromas: The clear ruby robe delivers a masculine olfactory sensuality complex of catchy blackcurrant, ashy mackerel gooseberry, smoked bacon, liquorice notes and menthol, wet stone and cereals.

Flavors: The mouth is fluid, well blossomed with an exquisite taste contrast of feminine sensuality on the red and black berries crowned with laurel.

The musical chord chosen from the same vintage emphasizes the beauty of the wine by matching the three common invariable parameters defined in the two universes following the Wine4Melomanes concept: sensuality, vivacity and melody. These parameters are the result of the bio-dynamic equation of the geology of the terroir, the climate and the grapes cultivated there, the know-how of the winegrower to reveal the alchemy of the aromas and the flavors precisely combined.

Ma proposition musicale choisie:

Tigran Hamasyan « Seafarer » 2013

The calibrated instrumentation of the track on the threnodies of the Steinway piano, the sensual duality of the vocalizations soars in a radiant progressive grace, the ensemble orchestrated gushes in ricocheting of echoes on the powerful fragrances of the wine, where its taste harmony rhymes with the musical melody lascivious.
