Le Vin de mon Père – 2016

Vin de France (du Béarn) (rouge)
Cépage : cabernet sauvignon
Terroir : argilo-calcaire

The sommelier:
This wine, which is vinified in 400-l barrels for 10 days and then aged in 225-l barrels for 18 months, reveals a shimmering ruby colour.
The scents reveal a floral bouquet, where the dominant violet expresses itself with an attractive feminine sensuality.
This quick beverage, glides over the taste buds with a staggering fruity freshness, mixing strawberry wood and juicy cherry with notes of white pepper, sizing appetite to the point of insolence.
An unconventional wine worthy of being served on a star-studded table, in order to make tasty explosive pairings!

DJ sommelier Wine4Melomanes mixed:

Louie Vega – Because We Love It (feat. Zara McFarlane) – 2016

The luminescence and the olfaction of this wine in the chalice, come to marry this divine vocal sensibility crowned with chorus with chiseled musical orchestration.
The song’s boumping jazz rhythm and adjusted arrangements echo the digestive velocity of the delicate wine and its invigorating flavours.
