Cépages : 55% carignan, 21% grenache, 15% merlot, 9% cabernet. Terroir : schistes.
Millésime : 2004

My sommelier review :The colour is deep, almost black, with good brilliance. In the bouquet, the wine boasts scents of cocoa and aniseed, making a powerful impression with hints of hazelnut and roasted walnuts. Elegant and nicely-balanced on the palate with pronounced, yet harmonious tannins. Chocolate flavors again in the finish. Drink it now in a carafe or keep it until 2015.

My sommelier review : A dark colour with purple tints. The bouquet is elegant with burnt hints of roasting & coffee. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied & nicely structured. An interesting finish with flavours of pears in wine ! A deep voyage.

My sommelier review: On a traditional base of carignan, of grenache and with the supplement of syrah, he signs a wine of character, mixing the scrubland and the black fruits on a wooded, spicy fine bottom and zan. A pleasant, round and supple set in mouth and harmonious.
