Double Famous « Elephant waltz » 2005

Clocked in a deep ruby finely drawn robe, echoing the bass united with the accordion of this composition, this famous « Cru Bourgeois » seams to have an attractive volume when we observe its dense tears on the rim of the glass.

With a fruity and floral noze, the bouquet reveals us the plum, the blackcurrant, the strawberry, the cherry kirsch and the violet agreeing with the orchestration amplified by the copper-colored instruments, the guitar and the banjo.

The progressive musical rhythm slides us towards the appetizer of this nectar in the powerful sophisticated tannins taking place in the palace with sweetness.

The muted trumpet accompanied by all the percussions reminds us the velvety texture, toasted in the thoroughbred flavor of cedar and spices, white pepper and tobacco.

A wine in its peak, of great distinction, at the image of this chosen jazz track.
