musical wines

Vintage lands: The cellar shop « Des Terroirs et des hommes ».
A story of friendship around wine between the SAADE family (Lebanon), owner of 2 vineyards, Stéphane DERENONCOURT, winemaker-consultant and Emmanuel EMONOT, sommelier.
Discoveries, advice, shared emotions… Here is a magnificent cuvée shared with a few quality diners on site:

David Reynaud – Domaine des Bruyères « To the stupidities of Eloïse and Leah »
2009 A.O.C Crozes-Hermitage

(marsanne, roussanne)

The nose is very intense and above all very rich, expressing notes of wax, incense, white fruit jam, anise, menthol and apricot. The mouth is very long and very, very dense, with a beautiful finish of linen jelly and ancient pink.

Nose: fruity, woody, balsamic, vegetal.

Mouth: powerful white, unctuous

Wine4Melomanes recommends tasting this wine by listening to its composition of the same 2009 vintage:

Mayer Hawthorne « Green eye love »
