Gotan Project « Santa maria – Tom Middelton Cosmos remix » 2002 ( La revancha del tango LP )

Fusion born in 2001 of a know-how with his elder brother, Grand Cru classé A of Saint-Émilion, Cheval Blanc, this wine of dark color look almost ink « zoot pant » tango dancer, inspires the choice of a piece of the same vintage-sounding local to illustrate it.

The ample and complex bouquet around the aromas of rip prune, cassis, roasted cocoa and cedar with a vanilla twist, explodes vivacity to the nose and is consistent with the orchestration of the composition between the flights of accordion, arrangements of keyboards and electro twists crowned by the « tanguistes » voices.

Insolent this great wine passion is in the image of the horse of the Highlands Argentine who calls it, an attack vivid and fresh, the rhythm, fluidity with a palette of taste to mid-palate on black cherry, chocolate milk vanilla with a final on the almond: the enjoy tasting of this discovery is in response to electrical energy vaporized by progressive and contemporary music in pairing with this wonderful vintage in the southern hemisphere.

Tasting in December 2013
