INAUGURATION OF THE NEW CELLARS AT CHÂTEAU FONROQUE GRAND CRU CLASSÉ IN SAINT-EMILION

The inauguration of the new refined cellars with mineral charm, signed by the Nantes architect office, Gimbert and the designer Comy, at Château Fonroque Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion, was held on September 7th in the evening with an outdoor cocktail in the park and inside halls, a dinner seated around tables with an astral theme.

WINE PARIS 2019 (Vinisud-Vinovision)

The first edition of Wine Paris (Porte de Versailles), which is the merger of VinoVision and Vinisud, has revealed to be a success of organization and attendance. Distributed on 2 adjoining pavilions, the event opened its space with Alsace wines, Burgundys, Champagnes and wines from the Loire Valley, then foreign wines, Beaujolais, Bordeaux and the Rhône Valley.

Millésime Bio 2019 - My delicious bachiques discoveries

A most promising exhibition, the MILLESIME BIO 2019 edition has collected 1200 winegrowers, plus 500 on the side events (Biotop, Le Vin des Amis, Les Affranchis, The Juice Brothers etc) on 4 intensive days, giving way to the discoveries of properties always sharp and qualitative. Domaine Boekenhoutskloof - Cabernet sauvignon - Franschhoek valley - South of Africa - 2006 The chosen musical chord of the same vintage highlights the beauty of the wine, corresponding to the three common invariable parameters defined in the two universes following the Wine4Melomanes concept: sensuality, vivacity and melody. These parameters result from the organic dynamic equation of the geology of the terroir, the climate and the vines growing there, the know-how of the winegrower to reveal the alchemy of aromas and flavors precisely combined.
